Physician Assistant (PA) Tutor

Blueprint Test Prep (which recently acquired Med School Tutors and Rosh Review) is hiring PA tutors to join our growing team of educators! As one of our tutors, you will help students with their didactic year curriculum, clinical year curriculum, and/or PANCE exam. Tutors may work one-on-one or in small-group tutoring sessions. All of our PA tutoring students have access to Rosh Review PA resources, which our tutors utilize in study plans and live sessions.

• YOU OBSESS OVER STUDENT OUTCOMES. You believe in the power of good instruction. You know what’s at stake and you understand what it takes to help students succeed. You thrive on feedback and can’t wait to coach your students to success.
• YOU KNOW EXAMS ARE PREPPABLE. You love helping students be efficient, smart, and organized when it comes to exam prep. You want to give them the best test-taking tools to help crush their exam.
• YOU THRIVE TEACHING STUDENTS. You know that each student begins with different strengths, and you’re committed to empowering students to build learning and test-taking skills that they will carry with them to Test Day — and beyond! You’re confident using a webcam and penpad, engaging students via a remote tutoring platform.

What You'll Do

• Earn $50+ per hour for tutoring sessions
• Help future PAs succeed in their coursework and achieve a passing score on the PANCE.
• Serve as a mentor to your students, guiding them through their prep process.
• Get to nerd out over fun PA school topics.
• Contribute to the future of Blueprint’s tutoring curriculum development initiatives.
• Opportunity for growth and involvement, such as mentorship or leadership roles.
